Custom Design

We have the design and development ability of gearbox transmission products. We carry out structural design and gear transmission parameter design of gearbox products according to customers' requirements, and make 3D part modeling and assembly modeling. We use computer software to simulate and check gear transmission design, and make gear parameters, material selection, gear strength, precision selection and service life comprehensively evaluated and revised. The motion simulation analysis of gear transmission and product structure design is carried out by using computer simulation software, in order to prevent the possible unreasonable design from being used in the manufacturing process. Only the approved design scheme can be used for the preparation of manufacturing documents such as drawings and process documents.
