Inspection Method

We have advanced full-automatic gear detection equipment, which can measure the comprehensive accuracy of tooth profile and tooth direction of various gears, so as to ensure the monitoring of gear quality in the process of gear machining, and accurately judge the causes of unqualified gear products, to support the implementation of effective quality improvement measures. As well as, the accuracy of gear cutting tools can be tested, to ensure that the cutting tools used meet the design requirements.

We can also carry out accurate surveying and mapping for the gear products of our customers, so as to realize the interchangeability manufacturing of the matching gears.
