Description
This size of series is bigger than 16mm gear motor which I.CH Supplies. For this high torque gear motor, the solution that we use is an electric brush DC motor with a Spur gearbox.
Compared with brushless DC motor, the brushed motor not only has high energy efficiency, which can reach up to 80-90% but also has good control performance, whose characteristic curve has good linearity. Last but not least, the cost is relatively low. At the same time, compared with planetary gear motor, the spur gears very easy to make and can offer a stable transmission ratio. The design of small 12V gear motor results in overall better efficiency. And this gear motor has relatively low noise.
